Salesman was pleasant and was eager to help us in finding a vehicle that met our needs and wants without being pushy.
My vehicle suddenly broke down and with little cash available offered $500 less in cash for a vehicle and was met with smartalic attitude about asking 30% off...Poor customer service skills..a good businessman would have or could have said $1500 was bottom dollar or unfortunately the price is not negotiable!! This business was Completely rude!!! And disrespectful!!! I hope you know that one day you or your family member may need me and I hope in fact you do because as a Registered nurse I can show you what it is to have quality customer service skills...but not all nurses have them..just like not all businesses do.
